These proposals are put forward by the City-wide developer consortium consisting of three housing developers; Strata Homes, Keepmoat Homes and Home Group.

The proposals have been progressed in line with Hull City Council’s aspirations for the site and were presented to the local councillors in early October.

The site has been divided by the developers in order to phase the development of the site. The Strata Homes parcel will be a detailed application for around 240 homes, with associated open space, roads and access points.

An outline application for the Keepmoat Homes and Home Group areas – lodged alongside the Strata application - will seek approval for the general number of homes, areas of open space, roads, and accesses for the further phases.

The site will deliver up to 500 homes, with 10% affordable homes.

Strata will be providing 20% Private Rental Sector homes to their parcel.
